1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
• Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Products are faulty, damaged or missing when received. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items, such as perishable goods, medicines, or intimate products, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Sale / Clearance Items
• Flammable Liquids / Gases
• Any orders place outside of UK Mainland
• Returned after 30 days of purchase date

3. How to Return an Item

• Include your order number and reason for return
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days upon receiving the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability.

Please note: We will deduct shipping costs from your refund if the items are not faulty, damaged or missing.
